Rules

Advertising:
We will not tolerate any advertising of any kind. We will immediately remove you from the site if we see this taking place! We will not tolerate any member of Chat-Valley, advertising our site at other chatspace servers, if we find out this is happening you will be banned from the server.

Chat Rooms:
We are currently allowing members to have their own chat rooms, which are given out on designated times. At this time it is the 1st and 15th of every month, but that could change. If you have your own room you must open it within 14 days. If a room goes un-used for 14 days it will be deleted and you will NOT be able to get another one until the designated times. If you get one and again it isn't opened in 14 days you will be overlooked as a room owner in future.

mIRC:
We currently allow the use of mIRC scripts on the server as long as they are used maturely and not for malicious purposes.

Harassment:
We will not tolerate any kind of harassment here. This means NO Racism. NO threats of any kind to ANY member of Chat-Valley. If we see this going on we will remove you from the site immediately so please respect all the members of Chat-Valley and it's staff

Flooding:
Please do not flood, or use excessive capital letters - this it is considered rude and you will be kicked from the room and in some cases banned...

Cursing:
Swearing is allowed but please do not excessively curse. We have younger members here at Chat-Valley also - please use proper judgement when choosing your words. If we feel you are being too vulgar or being disrespectful in anyway you will be kicked from that room or or even banned from the server.

Chat-Valley.com:
Has the right to kick and/or ban you from any of the rooms here or from the server itself for any reason we see fit. Usual reasons include violation of any of the server rules or if we feel that a server ban is necessary. Bans are usually lifted within 48 hours (but some bans are permanent).
Chat-Valley is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing bans.

Neither Chat-Valley, it's partners, advertisers or third party content providers make any warranty with respect to any content, information or services provided through or in conjunction with our chats and our site. Chat-Valley, its partners, advertisers or third party content providers are not liable for conduct by any user in chatrooms, private messages, or profiles. Chat-Valley, makes no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information on the site, and are not responsible for:

(1.) Any errors of omission arising from the use of such information.
(2.) Any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery of any content or service contained within the site.
(3.) Any unlawful material contained within user profiles or postings. As a user, you agree to indemnify Chat-Valley, its partners, advertisers or third party content providers against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the use of chatrooms and our site.

(2.) Any unlawful material contained within user chat comments, or profiles .

When in doubt about appropriate behavior here, remember that Chat-Valley is an electronic world, but the people here are real. So, just as when you join any gathering of people, we ask that you treat others with respect and with care.
